About Me
For more than 30 years, I have educated and supported expectant families through pregnancy, birth, and breastfeeding. My professional background includes certifications in childbirth education, labor support, labor support instructor training, VBAC education, and lactation support.
Every consultation is tailored to each family's individual questions, goals, and circumstances. Whether you are preparing for your first baby or adding to your family, my goal is to provide thoughtful, evidence-informed education that helps you make informed decisions with confidence.
